The European Test Center for Residential Ventilation Units (TZWL) e. V. held its Annual General Meeting on 22.05.2025.
For the first time, TZWL welcomed its members to the new company premises in Schwerte. TZWL presented the new premises to its members. Fittingly, the meeting was held in the new, large testing hall.
Many thanks were expressed to Schrezenmaier, a member and cooperation partner for many years and now also the lessor. The successful relocation and rebuilding of all testing facilities was only possible thanks to their excellent cooperation. Dominik Schrezenmaier accepted the thanks on behalf of the company. At this point, of course, thanks also go to all TZWL employees and the project manager Dipl.-Ing. Bernd Bewer, without whom the new start in Schwerte would not have been possible.
We would also like to thank Ms. Kerstin Köck, who left us at the end of 2024 after 10 years of service, including the first years as TZWL e. V.’s first trainee. We are delighted that she will remain with us as a member and wish her all the best in her new role.
Meinolf Gringel was unanimously re-elected as Chairman of the Management Board in the subsequent Board elections. The board members Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Taner Özbiyik and Dipl.-Bew. (FH) Jörg Köntopp were also unanimously confirmed in their positions.
Patrik Wernsmann replaces Prof. Dr. Udo Gieseler as a further member of the Board of Directors.
We would like to thank Dr. Gieseler, who will remain closely associated with TZWL as managing director and contact person for Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, for his excellent cooperation.
TZWL is looking forward to continuing the successful work of the last 25 years at the new location in Schwerte.
